“Demonstrable” or “Demonstratable”?

If you’re planning to build a software product, you might want to first build a demonstration version that you can use when talking to prospective employees, customers, partners, investors, etc. It will likely not have all the “bells and whistles” you envision for a production version, but it will hopefully demonstrate the main features and value of what you plan to build.

Do you call this version “demonstrable” or “demonstratable”? The former doesn’t sound right, and the latter isn’t actually a word! For me, I’ll try to stick with calling mine a “demonstration” version.

Has anyone else struggled with this? First-world problems, LOL!
